Korv & Carve
Korv & Carve is a fresh, modern twist on the traditional (and culturally significant) Swedish “korvkiosk” concept. It’s the quintessential Swedish streetfood – if it decided to take up skiing. These modular pop-ups mixes the beloved classics with contemporary flavours and culinary creativity, sure to please hot dog afficionados of all generations. All of this accessible through an app-ordering, ski-through-pick-up, slopeside-munching system. Ski in, korv out!

Partnering with SkiStar, the concept was originally aimed at the skiing community – offering quick, convenient and high-quality food slopeside.
Since its inception, the concept has expanded beyond ski resorts and hubs are now popping up at amusement parks, rock festivals, sports arenas and hiking spots across the country.
